Meet people who can help move your business forward

Connect with experienced technology operators and advisers. Whether you need a fresh perspective, commercial introductions or specialist support, Collektiv helps start relevant conversations.

Three ways members help

Not every useful conversation ends in a cheque. Most founders come for one of these and find another.

Experience and advice

Discuss business challenges with members who bring relevant operating experience: go-to-market, sales execution, pricing, hiring, and the operational detail that is hard to learn from the outside.

Connections and collaboration

Explore customer, partner, talent, advisory and consulting relationships. Members have made direct client referrals and taken on paid advisory roles with founders they met through the community.

Direct conversations

Where relevant, meet members who are interested in what you are building and who decide for themselves whether to take it further. Anything that follows is agreed directly between you and the member.

Why Choose The Collektiv Club

Experience, connections and people who have solved the problem in front of you.

Founder meeting members
  • Experienced operators who have built and scaled technology companies
  • Go-to-market and commercial feedback from people who have done it
  • Customer, partner and talent introductions where members can help
  • Advisory and consulting relationships, agreed directly with the member
  • Conversations with members who form their own view independently
  • Continued support after the first conversation

Our members have operated across many industries and functions. Plenty of the useful conversations here never involve a cheque: a referral to a first customer, a straight answer on your pricing, a few hours with someone who has already solved the problem you are stuck on.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from founders about working with The Collektiv Club.

What do I actually get out of meeting the community?

Direct access to operators who have built and scaled technology companies. Most founders arrive with something specific: a go-to-market question, a pricing decision, a first commercial hire, a customer or partner they are trying to reach. You leave with answers from people who have already solved it, and often with a relationship that carries on.

What types of startups meet the community?

We focus primarily on technology startups with scalable business models. We are broadly sector-agnostic, with particular familiarity in SaaS, fintech, health tech and consumer technology.

What stage do you focus on?

Founders who meet the community are typically pre-seed to Series A.

What does the process look like?

From initial contact to meeting members, the process typically takes 4-8 weeks. This covers an introductory conversation, information gathering and the session where you present to the community and answer questions directly.

Does it cost anything?

There is no charge to introduce your business or to meet the community. In some engagements we agree a fixed administration and coordination fee in advance and in writing, covering defined work we carry out for you. It is not charged in every case.

How do members support founders afterwards?

Members provide strategic guidance, connections to potential customers and partners, help with future fundraising, and access to the wider network. Some continue in a formal advisory capacity, agreed directly with the business.

Can I come back more than once?

Yes. The useful relationships here rarely come out of a single conversation. Founders return for follow-up sessions, for a specific introduction when they need one, and to community events.

What do you expect from founders?

Straight answers. Members give their time and experience freely, and the conversations that work best are the ones where a founder is open about what is not working as well as what is. Nobody here expects a polished story.
